Our Story

hi! we’re esther & suzie, co-founders of Heirloome House.

as korean-canadian women, we started this journey with the hope of finding loungewear that felt as soft and comfortable as the ones our families brought back from south korea.

there was something so special about the cotton made in korea, it brought a feeling of softness and comfort that was unmatched. when we couldn't find anything close we decided to create a product we loved, and share it with you.

as we sat down to write our brand story, we found ourselves thinking about our mothers, our daughters and the incredible women in our community. we realized how much we all give as women, and became inspired to create something that would empower us to take care of ourselves, first.

at Heirloome House, we believe that you are the heirloom. you are the treasure.

not something you earn, but something you already carry. passed down through generations of women who brought you to this point. carried forward to the next generation of women who are watching and learning.

this is a brand built on the understanding that caring for yourself daily through small, consistent moments allow you to be the version of yourself that you were meant to be. the softer, lighter version that you can return to, again and again.

our pieces are made with every season of you in mind. from pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause, menopause, surgery, recovery and everything in between.

whatever season you find yourself in, our mission is to remind you of who you are and what you are worthy of. because we are going through it too, right along with you.

these are so incredibly comfortable. i reach for them every single day. the black washes well and hasn't faded at all. i would say that they fit true to size (as an oversized fit) and aren't snug on the waist. the length is perfect for me - i'm 5 2" and i just wear them up a bit higher or can roll them if i want them lower on my hips. highly, highly recommend. absolutely LOVE them. - kiley s.
